We provide assistance in the implementation and evaluation of the possibility of introducing a new product or technological solution to the market.

Analyses & Calculations

Simultaneously to the design, we make all necessary analyses and simulations with the use of advanced numerical calculations, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations, so that we can ensure the final product functions properly and can be safely implemented for use. We carry out FEM numerical calculations including:

linear static calculations - allowing to determine the strength of the structure and its deformations
analysis of entire assemblies of components - modeling of contacts and connections between components
calculation of thermal loads
non-linear calculations - taking into account material and geometric non-linearity (large displacements)
buckling analysis
modal analysis - determines the vibration characteristics of a structure

Design

Thanks to the use of advanced CAD software in our work that allows to constantly follow the design process, visualize the functioning and smoothly implement modifications and improvements of the product at the design stage, we can significantly reduce the lead time of the entire project. We have done a number of projects for various industries, including:

assembly and maintenance equipment for aerospace and automotive industries
lifting devices
working platforms
transport trolleys and trailers
automated production lines
