We participate in the PZL P.11c aircraft reconstruction project, where we apply our knowledge and experience in design, structural strength and aerodynamics.

Calculations

We carry out complex calculations of entire structures as well as individual components. So far we have carried out calculations for

• platforms and multi-level  platforms
   including stairs and  balustrades

• structures of climbing walls

• industrial filters

• injection molded parts such as: handrail
   connector, electric motor housing , door
   hinges, etc.

In case of risk of failure of a structural element, we propose appropriate modifications so that the product meets the conditions of safety and proper functioning.

Design

We have designed and performed the necessary calculations for a number of devices and assembly equipment for the manufacturing, assembly and maintenance of aircraft, helicopter and satellite components. The projects included lifting, transport trolleys and trailers factories as well as the assembly and maintenance devices ensuring ergonomics and safety of operation.

We have designed machines and lines to automate various production processes such as the production of insulation materials.
